Murder Junkies

Murder Junkies — Concert Photography by Wayne Dennon

About Murder Junkies

Murder Junkies were the backing band for controversial punk musician GG Allin, performing with him during the final and most notorious period of his career in the early 1990s. The band provided the raw, aggressive musical backdrop for Allin's infamous live performances, which were legendary for their chaos and confrontation. Following Allin's death from a heroin overdose on June 28, 1993, the remaining Murder Junkies continued performing under their own name, keeping the spirit of Allin's confrontational punk alive through ongoing tours and recordings.
