Outspoken

Outspoken was a Louisville, KY-based post-grunge and hard rock band formed by frontman David "E" Frazier, who relocated from Nashville and assembled the group - rounded out by Kevin McCreery, Shaun Kennedy, Donnie Highland, and Frank Green - after posting an online ad for musicians. The band landed a deal with Lava Records within months and headed to Seattle to record with producer Rick Parashar (Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, Blind Melon). Their debut album, Bitter Shovel, was released in February 2003.
