Gossow stepped into a management role for the band while White-Gluz took over vocal duties, debuting on 2014's War Eternal. With White-Gluz behind the mic, Arch Enemy enjoyed their most commercially successful period, earning multiple Top 10 albums in their native Sweden. Over the decades the band toured relentlessly across five continents, released a steady stream of studio albums, and became known for one of the most formidable live shows in modern metal, with twelve studio albums, from their 1996 debut Black Earth to 2025's Blood Dynasty. The band has continued to evolve even in recent years. Arch Enemy welcomed Alissa into their lineup back in 2014, and in a statement shared via the band's social media, Arch Enemy offered thanks for the time and music shared and wished her all the best after she departed at the end of 2025. In February 2026, Lauren Hart was announced as the new lead vocalist, opening yet another chapter for a band now three decades into its existence. Arch Enemy's enduring legacy rests on its role in popularizing melodic death metal worldwide, its championing of women in extreme metal through Gossow and White-Gluz, and Michael Amott's steady songwriting hand guiding the band through every transformation.
