Led Zeppelin — Concert Photography by Wayne Dennon
Led Zeppelin was an English rock band formed in London in 1968, widely regarded as one of the most influential and commercially successful acts in the history of rock music. The band consisted of guitarist Jimmy Page, vocalist Robert Plant, bassist and keyboardist John Paul Jones, and drummer John Bonham. Drawing from blues, folk, psychedelia, and Eastern music, Led Zeppelin created a sound that was heavier, more expansive, and more adventurous than virtually anything that preceded them β laying much of the foundation for hard rock, heavy metal, and classic rock as we know them today.
